Product and Spray Application Course
Morrells would like to offer a range of complimentary product and spray application courses. These comprise of 2 modules requiring 2 full days' attendance for each course. The training focuses on the correct selection and application of a finishing system to various substrates within different user industries e.g. furniture, shop fittings, office refurbishment, caskets, flooring, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Module 1
Stains, single component solvent based lacquers, primers and pigmented finishes, fault finding, basic application equipment and its selection/set up.
Module 2
Water based, 2 component solvent based and compliant product/systems. Special effects,burnishing, using spray colours, patinas, waxes and pullovers, AAA and diaphragm pumps including hand colouring guns and fault finding.
Morrells Master Classes
Morrells offer bespoke training courses to concentrate on specific product ranges where customers need intensive training. Specialised course can be offered covering Exterior coating and Floor coatings.
