High Performance Waterborne Lacquers
A market-leading range of high performance waterborne lacquers ideally suited to spray application offering excellent clarity and build. This range is fast drying, sprays beautifully and sands easily. It is certified to FIRA 6250 for horizontal surfaces (Excluding kitchen worktops) in heavy severe use and BS 6222, part 3 – Domestic kitchen equipment finish performance, other surfaces. Formulated on an internally crosslinking aqueous polymer system and recommended for use as a coat on coat system.

Severe Use Waterborne Lacquers
A range of ultra high performance waterborne lacquers offering excellent clarity and build. Can be used over 8004/400 basecoat or coat-on-coat and offers similar performance properties to a high quality Acid Catalyst lacquer being certified to FIRA Standard 6250: 2005 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) in Heavy/Severe Use. No catalyst is required thus avoiding extra mixing and the health hazards associated with external cross linking hardeners.

High Build Waterborne Lacquers
332 Series Waterborne Lacquers
This range of high build lacquers was developed to enhance timber’s natural beauty with a high degree of clarity. Similar in look and durability to a high performance pre-catalysed lacquer with a silky-smooth feel and a crisp, hard finish ideal for furniture, architraves, frames and mouldings. 332 lacquers are very easy to spray, with superb hold-up on vertical surfaces.
8004/341 Wood-warming Sealer
A fast drying easy-sand, waterborne sealer, which can be over-coated with any Morrells waterborne or solventborne lacquers. Clarity is its main advantage, enhancing timber’s natural warmth and grain definition, avoiding that ‘cloudy’, ‘cold’ look. Use with Morrells high performance single pack waterborne lacquers (362 or 312 lacquer ranges) for a similar look and durability to a high quality AC lacquer finish.
