Fast Dry Melamine Acid Catalyst Lacquers

A very quick drying and easy sanding acid catalyst lacquer designed for manual or automatic spray application, coat-on-coat. Formulated to provide outstanding resistance to abrasion, wet and dry heat, spirit solutions and a wide range of household chemicals. Meets the requirements of FIRA standard 6250:2005 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) and rated as Heavy/Severe use. Lacquers of this type achieve their full resistance properties after 21-28 days curing, although careful use is possible before this period. Catalysed 9:1 under normal conditions this lacquer will have a workable pot life of 36 hours.

Low Odour/High Build Acid Catalysed Lacquer

This product can also be brush applied if thinned with Retarder Thinners 2007/201 up to a maximum of 5%. Formulated to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, wet and dry heat, spirit solutions and a wide range of household chemicals. Meets the requirement of FIRA standards 6250:2005 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) and rated as Heavy/Severe use. 2007 Compliant High Solids Acid Catalyst lacquer

A fully compliant, fast drying, extra high solids acid catalyst lacquer designed for manual or automatic spray application. Meets FIRA 5000 Bathroom, Water & Vapour Specification, and the Secretary of States PG6/33/04 Clause 19. Formulated to provide outstanding resistance to abrasion, wet and dry heat, spirit solutions and a wide range of household chemicals. Meets the requirements of FIRA standard 6250:2005 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) and rated as Heavy/Severe use. To maintain compliancy this product must not be thinned. Lacquers of this type achieve their full resistance properties after 21-28 days curing, although careful use is possible before this period. Catalysed 9:1 under normal conditions this lacquer will have a workable pot life of 36 hours.

900 Series Profile UHS Basecoats

Profile UHS is an extremely heavy-bodied white or clear 2 pack basecoat which completely fills the pores of wooden substrates to produce a very hard, flat easy-sand surface, ready for popular mirror gloss finishes or dead matt sheens.
Profile UHS will reduce base-coating by at least 50%, is very easy to use through conventional spray guns, reduces V.O.Cs and is a great alternative to awkward polyesters. When overcoated with Morrells 2 pack AC or PU lacquers a full grain finish for high-end kitchens, bathrooms, boat interiors and display shop-fitting work can be achieved.
