A range of high-performance coatings which stop bacteria surviving on wooden surfaces (independently certified by Law Laboratories ref.05H547). Prevents the spread of MSRA, Salmonella, Listeria, E Coli and many other bacteria with a kill rate of up to 99.9% and for the lifetime of the coating.
Ideal for healthcare providers, woodowork in public buildings, eating and drinking establishments, schools, sports-halls etc - in fact any wooden surfaces where the transmission of bacteria by touch is a hazard.
288 Medicote 1 Pack Pre catalyst Lacquers
A high build fast drying single pack lacquer formulated to include an agent that stops bacteria surviving on its surface. 288 Medicote will prevent the spread of Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Escherichia coli 0157 (e.coli), Salmonella enteritidis, Bacillus cereus (food poisoning) and other bacteria with a kill rate of 99% within 24 hours. (Accredited by Law laboratories ref 05H547). Medicote also reduces the risk of deterioration, discolouration and odours caused by micro-organisms. Meets the requirements of FIRA Standard 6250: 2005 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) and rated as General Use.
