Probond Hot MeltsPROBOND F401An EVA based, high quality hot melt adhesive with a medium low viscosity and high tack, developed for straight edging and soft forming. The product is a general-purpose edge-banding grade with good working and adhesive properties. It is ideal for use on a wide range of edge material and is particularly suited for the pre-coating of edging tape. Conforms to BS6250 Part 3, 1991 PROBOND F402An EVA based, high quality hot melt adhesive with a very low viscosity, high hot tack and very long open time, specially developed for use on semi-automatic edge banders for the production of contoured panels or edge banders running at less than 12m per min. PROBOND F403/45An EVA based, high quality hot melt adhesive with medium low viscosity, high hot tack and very long open time, specially developed for use with HOLZ-HER edgebanders. It is suitable for bonding PVC, ABS, melamine as well as real wood veneers and solid wood edges. In 340gm cartridges (45 per box) PROBOND F404A reactive PUR hot melt adhesive for the wrapping of wood based materials with PVC foils, CPL material, solid papers and veneers. It has an extremely low application temperature of 1200C, and very high initial tack. It also has heat resistance of 1400C and cold resistance down to – 400C. This product is available in 260gm (F404/6) and 1.8kg (F404/1) slugs. It is also available in 310ml cartridges for use with a hand held gun. PROBOND F405PU Cleaner is a hot melt product used for cleaning melting units, hoses and application units in which reactive PUR hot melt adhesives are processed, e.g. PROBOND F404.
