A range of ultra high-performance waterborne lacquers incorporating antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as MRSA, E. coli and A. niger, achieving a 99% reduction within 24 hours. Reduces the risk of odour, deterioration, and discolouration of the coating film while maintaining excellent long-term finish performance. Offers performance comparable to high-quality acid-catalyst systems and is certified to FIRA Standard 6250 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) in Heavy/Severe Use, as well as BS 6222 Part 3 for domestic kitchen equipment finishes. Recommended for coat-on-coat application, noting that antimicrobial protection is not a substitute for proper hygiene and cleaning practices.
