FAST DRY BASECOAT

A very fast-drying, easy-sanding acid-catalyst basecoat designed for manual or automatic spray application. Provides a smooth, high-quality foundation for subsequent lacquer systems, supporting efficient finishing processes. When used in conjunction with Morrells acid-catalysed lacquers, it meets the requirements of FIRA Standard 6250 for horizontal surfaces (excluding kitchen worktops) in Heavy/Severe Use. Full system performance is achieved after 21–28 days of curing, although careful use is possible before this period.
