Air-Fed Visor Kit

This kit is essential for users spraying polyurethane lacquers due to the release of isocyanate, a molecule with a very low short-term exposure limit as determined by the Health & Safety Executive. This kit can be used when spraying other lacquers if desired to ensure maximum air quality when the kit is well maintained. It is important to ensure air is flowing and that the filters are regularly checked to ensure a reliable, clean supply of air. Filters are necessary to remove oils and other contaminants from the air.

The visor is fed with air from outside the spray booth via the compressor, and is available in three configurations. The air-fed mask requires a certain volume of air flow per minute. A standard 3HP 150L compressor will run an air-fed visor. However, air supply to an air-fed visor as well as a spray system will require a 7.5HP 270L compressor. 

Option 1 - for customers wanting to replace the mask on an existing system
