Regional Business Manager
As a Regional Business Manager (RBM) for Morrells you will be responsible for maintaining and growing your customer base while ensuring appropriate margin.
The RBM position is an active one where you will be expected to: i) regularly visit your customers, ii) identify and develop new prospects, iii) maintain high service levels, iv) and report back to your manager. You will need to develop a thorough understanding of your customer base and their requirements, and to provide feedback on market conditions.
You will need good organisational and problem solving skills, as well as a keen interest in developing your technical ability and product knowledge.
